Whether you're a parent, grandparent, neighbor, or community member, there are plenty of ways to get involved and help create a positive, fun, and enriching experience for our players. From prepping fields to serving snacks, your time and talents make a real difference. 

Concession Stand Worker
The concession stand is a fan-favorite and a key fundraiser for the league. Volunteers help take orders, serve snacks, and keep things running smoothly. It’s a fun, social way to support WTLL and get to know other families. Shifts are short and we provide all the training you need.

Board & Committee Positions
WTLL is led by a group of dedicated volunteers who serve on our Board and committees. We're currently seeking volunteers for the following open roles:

• Treasurer in Training –Shadow this year and transition to treasurer in 2027. Keep the books and help WTTL manage fees and expenses.

• Sponsorship Coordinator – Lead outreach to local businesses, manage sponsor relationships, and help promote our generous partners throughout the season.

• Volunteer Coordinator – Help match willing hands to open roles! This position organizes SignUpGenius forms, supports team parents, and communicates league-wide volunteer needs

• Umpire Coordinator – Help keep umpires staffed throughout the season. Manage umpire scheduling, payment and coordinate annual trainings with our district to recruit new umpires.
